Technology: ASP.NET/MSSQL 2005 Evan and Raj have been working with junk and salvage vehicles for many years. What they found was it was difficult for owners of junk cars to find a quick buyer and get a fast pick up. Prior to the Junk Gorilla owners of salvage and junk vehicles would have to search for a junk yard or junk car buyer, make numerous phone calls, and never know if the tow truck would show up. Another problem owners found was Junk car buyers would try and offer less money then agreed to knowing you just want to get rid of the car fast.

It is a MLM (multi level marketing) project where user refers to other and when the new user registered, referred person gets commission and bonuses set by admin in admin panel.
Many kind of view reports are developed for admin as well as user to show their referred users, bonuses and commissions date wise, yearly, monthly etc.

I was part of the development team which was responsible to develop, test and deploy the software. Software was developed using .Net LINQ technology and used latest web technologies such as Ajax. Website has solid admin panel to control the front end activities.

The system consists of three major parts - one small public web site, one extranet part for consultants to manage profile and search for assignments and one administrative part where consultants, clients and the overall system is managed. The system should be based around an Open Source CMS, preferably Joomla or Drupal - but we are open to recommendations from you on this point - and integrated with that CMS. Therefore we want the development to be done in PHP with an MySQL database. The web site and database needs to be able to handle scandinavian characters.

Please include required server specifications to prevent high volume issues. One very important idea is the ease of use of the Test Administration module.The Test Administration must allow us to login and create, modify, categorize, and delete tests.
